The XII International Meeting on Photodynamics and Related Aspects will take place in Santiago de Chile from November 11 to 15, 2024. This meeting follows the success of the previous eleven editions held in Havana, Maresias, Oaxaca, Mendoza, and Cartagena. The Conference is a high-level scientific meeting that typically attracts over 100 participants from Europe, Latin America, and North America.
The central theme of the Conference is the description of physical and chemical processes related to environmental and biological systems, from both experimental and theoretical perspectives. The main topics to be discussed are:

  1.  Photodynamics in gas phase and clusters: spectra, energy transfer, and reactions.

  2.  Ultrafast processes

  3.  Photodynamics in condensed phases: spectra, energy transfer, and reactions.

  4.  Molecular systems with astrophysical and astrochemical interest.

  5.  Ultracold collisions

  6.  Photodynamics in nanometric and biological systems.

  7.  Collisions with surfaces


The scientific program will include invited talks, oral contribution and poster sessions, with time for discussion.

Everyone interested in contributing to the meeting are invited to submit a one page abstract of their contribution by the following dates:

2-12 July 2024: Notification of acceptance or sending of formal letter of invitation as appropriate.

7 August 2024: Early registration and payment deadline.
20 September 2024: Late payment deadline.

Abstracts are accepted in electronic format (PDF). Here you can download template files for the abstract document both in Microsoft Word and LaTeX that will produce the correct format.
